Service description
Penguin Junk Removal provides on-demand junk-removal, hauling, and disposal services in Metro Detroit, MI. Pricing is quoted on-site based on the volume of items removed. You are not obligated to accept the on-site quote and may decline service without charge.
Scheduling and arrival windows
We provide a 1–3 hour arrival window for most pickups. Same-day and next-day availability depends on existing route capacity. We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
Items we will not haul
For safety, legal, and environmental reasons, we cannot transport certain hazardous, biohazard, or regulated materials. See our list of items we don't pick up.
Property protection and liability
Our crews use protective coverings and standard care when working in your home. We carry general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, we ask that you report it immediately so we can address it.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service. We accept cash, credit card, and ACH. By providing a card, you authorize us to charge the agreed quote upon job completion.
Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Late cancellations after dispatch may incur a small trip fee.
